To ask for a refund you must have an activated transaction and provide the Transaction Reference Number (TRN). All our transactions are enrolled in the 7 Day Money-Back Return Policy, and the buyer is free to ask for a refund within 7-days of receiving the item. The item will be picked up from the buyer's address, and the full amount paid will be refunded.
