Cove Garage Express significantly reduces the risk of fraud by acting as an Online Consignment service that collects, holds, and delivers the item, only disbursing funds when both Buyers and Sellers are satisfied. The Buying process: How does Cove Garage Express Work?

Buyer and Seller agree to terms – Either the Buyer or Seller initiates a transaction. After the buyer registers at The Cove Garage Express, all parties agree to the terms of the sale (When the buyer registers a transaction, the Inventory Number must be provided).

Buyer pays Cove Garage Express – The Buyer submits a payment through an approved payment method to our secure Cove Garage Express Escrow Account. We verify the payment, and the Seller is notified that funds have been secured. The Buyer's Transaction Profile will be updated for them to check their transaction with the TRN (Transaction Reference Number).

Cove Garage Express delivers the item to the Buyer – Upon payment verification, Cove Garage Express is authorized to send the item and submit tracking information to the buyer. Cove Garage Express will handle the entire delivery process.

Buyer rejects the item – The full amount paid by the buyer will be refunded within 48 hours, and the item will be picked up from the buyer's address within the next 48 hours.

The transaction is Completed – Cove Garage Express releases the funds to the Seller.

The process is FREE for Buyers. All fees associated with the transaction are the Seller's responsibility and are deducted from the total transaction amount. There are no hidden fees.

ITEM INSPECTION: Local pick-up or inspections are accepted only before having an active transaction in progress. According to Cove Garage Express's Terms and Policy for online transactions, once a Customer submits a transaction request and it gets approved, Cove Garage Express's Delivery Department automatically starts preparing the Item for delivery. The Company's system is programmed to schedule transactions and deliveries, and the Delivery Department begins preparing the paperwork and loading the Item into a container along with other items scheduled for delivery at the same time. As a result, the Item becomes unavailable for inspection or pick-up.

For an active transaction, the buyer can use the TRN (Transaction Reference Number) for updates, which will provide information on the exact status of the transaction process and whether any action is required.
